Tripoli Scottish Highlanders Tartan Ball - October 6

Just made my reservation for the 45th Annual Tartan Ball put on by the Tripoli Scottish Highlanders. The band is a unit of the Tripoli Shriners and the event is held at the historic Tripoli Shrine Center in Milwaukee.

I know many members of the Tripoli Shrine and of the Milwaukee Scottish community, but this will be my first year attending the Tartan Ball. I understand it's an impressive evening.

I know most of the people running it. I really want to go but I find it hard to justify $130 for two tickets, even for a worthy cause like this. :/
