I'll be convening the Clan MacCallum - Malcolm Society tent. All are welcome to drop by for a dram or dandelion.

If is is not God-awful-Virginia-late-August hot, then we will be there on Saturday. No tent, but I might have a couple of Clan Leatherneck bumperstickers to pass out to Marines that I encounter.

wow....the last time I was at that highland games was with the school pipe band when we were in the USA circa 1978!

I don't think there were that many pipe bands there but we competed in grades 2 and 3.

I'll be there Saturday with at least 1 of my lads, and Sunday all day at the Dogs of Scotland area.

I just found out that Davidson WILL have a tent at these games this year. Debbie Davidson usually runs our Clan tent in the greater Washington DC area, but her husband had open heart surgery earlier this year and hasn't ben up to travelling. So wonderful news, on both accounts. I will see you there probably on Saturday. Are there plans for an X-Marks meet up?
