    Alaska Cruise

    The wife and I just got back from a cruise to Alaska. It was a nice trip; I definitely was ready for a break. I took the kilt for the formal nights. It looked like I was the only kilted one on the ship. I got a lot of comments--including our Filipina waitress complimenting my on my 'beautiful dress'. Anyway, here are a couple shots of us.
    And yes, I know I should have been wearing a formal sporran, but SWMBO doesn't like the fur. What can I say? I know who really wears the pants in this family.

    I think you both look very spiffy - ready for the captain's table. I wouldn't worry about a formal sporran. My guess is that almost everybody noticed your sporran, but no one knew it wasn't "formal".
    I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

    Yes, it was Holland America. My wife really wanted to go to Sitka and they were the only one scheduled to stop there.
