    Arches National Park, Utah

After ten years down the road FINALLY got up to Arches N.P. to meet friends coming through on vacation.

Park Avenue was a first stop just inside the park entrance.

Then set up camp - here's proof this olde geezer was tent camping again for the first time in about ten years. At the Devil's Garden campground.

After setting up camp did some exploring around the Devil's Garden.

Today, the ladies insisted on their annual kilt check but since they're aging too they insisted I get up on the table to make it easier on them....okay....fine.

Stopped at Panorama Point on the way out of the park this morning - a grim and blustery day.

Then a stop to take in the majestic La Sal Mountains. Hard to tell the difference between storm clouds and the smoke drifting up from the Wallow Fire down in Arizona.

Kilts are both USA Kilts Casuals - Isle of Skye yesterday, Gordon Modern today.

This is one of probably thousands of balancing rocks in Arches National Park.
