I looked at the img tags and photobucket addresses, Nighthawk. Pretty cool. Glad you had a good time.
It's interesting to finally hear a little about your family... Mrs. Nighthawk and the little hawklings.

I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

Looks more like you were up this way what with the petrified wood etc. Great pics.
Who'd have thunk that Arizona would become a bastion of kilting?

Indeed there is!
Sadly, we already enrolled in the http://ohioscottishartsschool.org, and that means no money for the closer school.

Ok, so like now you have to start a picture collection of you wearing a kilt while standing next to waggons, Nighthawk. I'm sure you already have a collection of kilt and train pictures.

Great Pics, sorry I wasn't able to make it out last Friday night to join up with you guys.
Looks like Red also shaved his head to accomodate the summer heat this year. I did the same about 4 weeks ago. It's much cooler outside here without a full head of hair.

That was a stop along the side of I 40 called Geronimo. They advertised having the worlds largest petrified tree, so we had to stop and see it. The thing was indeed impressive.

Yes indeed! They had a great time, except for the long drive.
