AZ Ren Fest pics

Some of the pics from the opening day of the ren fest...

For opening day it was, frankly, dead. I don't think I had to stand in a line for food, or drinks or anything all day. At the jousts, the bleachers were half empty. I don't think they're going to do very good this year. Jacking up your prices just as the economy takes a downturn is a bad thing.

I recognize that band as Tartanic. They were at the Texas Ren Fest in Magnolia, near Houston, last Fall. As ChromeScholar indicates, some of the members are new.
