So wonderful! And as a parent, for me always a bit poignant too - the beginning of a new school year. Don't they seem to grow faster each year?

Mind you, if I'd had to walk to school in that setting, I'd probably never have arrived!

Ah yes- but is it uphill, in snow, both ways? That's a much lovelier walk than my kids have!

My little girl is going on 15... They do. It's amazing watching them slowly become adults right before our eyes. I'm going to have to start teaching her how to drive in just a few month.
