    Beer, Golf, and deer!

My buddy and I played the Wild Cat Creek course again it’s a PAR 3-4 and a fun course to practice your short game on.

After I made in onto the green in one on the second hole, a PAR 3 this deer just strolled out onto the fairway.

    Deer on the run.

I ended shooting a 41 and PAR is 30, so I felt good. My buddy shot a 49.

After the nine holes Louis shot a bucket of balls on the driving range and I headed to LABCO (Little Apple Brewing Co.). I had a few there and then headed home to escape the humidity and scorching heat. I returned to LABCO around 1800 for the live music and goat tacos.

    An artistic shot.

Looks like a fun day's outing. the deer just topped it off. Your lucky, down here in swamp country, they have to play around the gators who come out to sun themselves on the courses. When the ball goes in the water, they say "Leave it in the water!"

I used to wade in and collect golf balls on base when I was kid, before I knew what was in the water. I've only seen one alligator go after a person, they're not dangerous unless they're hungry.

Nice venison... I mean deer! There is hardly anything better than golfing and wildlife.

Nice photos Chris. Did the deer break PAR?
