    The "Bells"

My Mom, in the yellow sweater, just turned 87, and my Aunt, youngest son, my sister and her husband all came out for her B-day party at our home in Colorado. We all headed out for some limited hiking at The Maroon Bells. They all had a great time. We left Mom and Aunt at our home later that week and went fly fishing on some of the local rivers. They really enjoyed the trip to the "Bells".

Happy Birthday to your mum! She doesn't look her age at all.

The view there is just beautiful. I am told that I really need to go fly-fishing in Colorado just to see how different it is from Oregon, Idaho and Scotland.
Now I am thinking I might go just for the scenery!

Just let me know when and I'll take you to, and fish with you of course, some of the best water in the country. The Pan and the Roaring Fork are all Gold Medal trout rivers.

Awesome pic of your family. I used to live in Boulder, Colorado and really miss the rockies. Thanks for sharing.
