A boys first kilt

My six year old has been dying for a kilt since I got mine about a year ago. Last week I picked up an ex-hire on the internet for 10 pounds from www.scotchcorner.com and it arrived yesterday. He is in heaven.


Of course after he put it on he said "so where's my sporran?" One jones at a time.

Here is a question about little boys and kilts. I know that it's really difficult to keep a growing boy in clothes because they keep outgrowing everything. Does a kilt have a distinct advantage over a pair of pants because if it is designed well it can grow with him?
