Burns Night 2014 in Greensboro, NC

Our Greensboro Scottish Country Dance Society celebrated Burns Night tonight (well last night I guess since it is after midnight now). We forgot the camera, so all I have is this picture my wife took of me after we got home.

I had the honor of delivering the Toast to the Immortal Memory of Robert Burns. Several people congratulated me afterward, including both of the ladies who are from Scotland, so I guess I did okay.

Could one of the moderators correct the title of this thread for me. I left the o off the end of Greensboro. Thanks.

Sounds like you did it well. Congratulations.
It's tough for those of us who are not native Scots, to do justice to the poet's works.

You "did okay"?! You did splendidly! Very nice outfit. Congratulations on delivering the toast.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.
