Casual, Warm, and Inexpensive Vest Find
Hello all,
While browsing through a local thrift shop, I found a warm, padded, corduroy vest. It was selling for about $15 (USD), and it seemed to fit me well-enough. I ended up buying it. :-)
I've been trying to pair it with my kilts, as the weather where I live has been cool, as-of-late, but not out-right cold. Here it is with a kilt from The House of Edgar.

Are those hand-warmers slots with zippered pockets above them? If so, great find for all the reasons you noted. I like the look also.

Looks fine to me but I have a similar one from Trek bicycles that I tend to wear around this time as well.

Yes, they are. They're a bit higher than is completely comfortable, enough that I'm pining a bit for a side-pocketed vest that hangs a bit lower, but it's still *way* better than nothing!
