Great pics ! Looks like there was a good turn out and quite a few pipe bands . Always good to see pics of fellow XMarkers as well as young folk showing an interest i.e. the lad piping !

I saw my first ever tweed Inverness cape at these games, too. Everyone was envious of the fellow in it as we all huddled around wrapped in blankets with our hands so frozen we could hardly play our instruments. Looks like you had great weather this weekend, though!

    Great Pix, Mael.

Especially like the military jacket...is it original or a changed long one?
I have a Bundeswehr tropic jacket made of pure cotton myself and think of having it changed into a kilt jacket. Great for summer...
Was wondering if one could wear such a jacket without looking too much as an army imitator... But it seems to work!

It's a reproduction from What Price Glory. I had the sleeves shorten, but other than that it is a great coat and now a better price than I purchased mine a couple of years ago.

I believe Jerry said that little fellow is a Cairn terrier, but I may be mistaken. Jerry will probably chime in tomorrrow.
