Found some pics of the changing years of our musical endeavours.
Here is a pic from the Half Moon, Putney, London back in '89 with our Folk Rock Band .. we were on the road for 20 years ... I did have my Blue Mackay then but only wore it a few times a year for 'special occassions'.. doh .. I must have been mad ..

And this is a first for me with this ... hopefully this link will take you to a video of our folk rock band band in '91 in Bath, UK .. Hope it works ... In a pair of headphones it sound ok considering it was simply captured on a handheld camcorder of the time.

Lol Mael ... Guess if I had had the chucks then, things would have been different .. lol. You made my day.. thanks mael.. Out of interest, when did the converse chucks come into being.
Our old band Rose Among Thorns are getting together to play the fri eve of our folk fest this year after many many years ... this time it will include the chucks mael and hopefully the music too if we can all remember what we did ... lol ... Again, if anyone from xmarks is around south wales 21/22 sept, you will be made more than welcome at the festival.

I had them as a kid in the 50/60s and wore them as adult, too. Remember getting a red pair in late seventies. Here is the link that claims it would have been in 1923 they began.

Great pics of memory lane. Its great to have the talent and passion to pursue an interest over one's life.
