Condors over the Colorado River in Marble Canyon, Arizona
When I was out in my new Utilikilt yesterday we stopped by Navajo Bridge over Marble Canyon. Sometimes there are California condors there. Yesterday there were FIVE! Playing in the wind, soaring, sunning themselves. Had a poor lens to get good shots but managed to crop and get these.

Yes, and I see the that the Federal Aviation Administration makes them wear numbers so as to coordinate with local air traffic controllers. Now that is a BIG bird!!
Crack me up! They are big birds...here's a repeat of their size from the sign at the release site.
If the writing doesn't show well the big bird is the condor, then the eagle then the red tail hawk
