Dickens on the Strand Victorian Fest Galveston 2012

Last Saturday, (12/1) I attended the 39th Annual Dickens on The Strand festival in Galveston's historic district. It was a sunny and unusually warm day for the event, great for good crowds, but a little hard on the costumed....
