Dodranscentennial anniversary of our Studentenverbindung
If you try hard enough you might get the chance to see my new(ish) kilt and jacket.
I know that the headwear indoors seems strange, but it is tradition.

The kilt is Cornish Hunting Tartan 16oz from Marton Mills - Ordered trough Hector Russell branch in Windsor.

You both look absolutely splendid. And, you're right. I see a lot of caps in the background.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

Is that your daughter? She's drop-dead gorgeous!

Do I look that old?
She's a good friend of mine and since we are both single we decided to go to the ball together.
And yes you are right, she is a gorgeous lass.

More to the point, she looks that young.

Very smart looking, Carlo. Shows how the kilt can lend itself to other cultures.

Considering that it was in the city with:
the world’s second largest and one of the most spectacular open-air tattoos
I'm surprised that I don't see more kilts out and about.
And a huge thank you to all of you. Without this Forum I would have looked like the standard, suit and tie. Funnily enough it was the younger men (at 30 years, I'm still part of our youth) that tried its foot in the black tie territory.
