Dressed Up A Bit For Dinner
Turbokittie and I went out Saturday to meet creagdhubh and his wife over dinner and drinks at the Scottish Arms. Had to dress up a little more than usual and see if I could find that tiny bit of class that I hid in my sock drawer if I was going be in the same room as him. Here's what I went with as it was just a tad warm for a jacket.

Hanging with the man. Didn't wear my bonnet as I expected to be indoors for the night, but we ended up on the back patio all night.

With my best gal

It was a terribly fun evening filled with awesome Scotch, excellent food, terrific company, and great conversation made only better by the slight chill in the air and the fire pit. Looking forward to many more evenings like this

In addition to the obvious charms of the kilt and the waistcoat, I really like the watch chain. Nice touch. What's the fob?

Thanks. I like pocketwatches and always thought the chain looked great on a waistcoat. The fob is a red gemstone pendant. I'll get a closer pic of it when I get home today.
