    Drouthy Neibors Supper in Dumfries

A few xmarkers met up in Dumfries on Saturday evening for a Drouthy Neibors Supper at The Globe Inn, where Robert Burns often stayed between 1788 and 1791 when he farmed Ellisland.

Left to right:- Cessna152Towser, English Bloke, Jordan, JakobT, Pour1Malt and John Carrick.

John Carrick and English Bloke with one of the other Ferintosh guests.

On arrival at the Globe Inn, our host Jane Brown, landlady of The Globe and current President of the Robert Burns World Federation models her Year of the Haggis apron.

English Bloke recites a poem in the dining room at The Globe.

All too soon the evening was over and it was time for that last group shot as we departed from The Globe.
Regional Director for Scotland for Clan Cunningham International, and a Scottish Armiger.
