    Father's Day Brewfest

Every Father’s Day there’s a pretty big Micro-brew festival just north of Seattle. About 80 brewers are on hand and it’s usually a pretty good time.

This year there were a handful of Utilikilts, but I was the only one in tartan. I guess (given the debate elsewhere) that my look would be considered modern?

Whatever you call it, I was comfortable. Flat cap and all ;)

Anyway, I did want to share the picture.

There was one other picture that was taken when I wasn’t ready. I was going to discard it until I got a look at the reaction of the young woman behind me…

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there!!

(Thanks to Cdarwin on the photo posting assist!)

You have to right-click on the image in picasaweb and select "Open Image In New Window" (or similar) and get the URI from there.

Thank you for the pic. I was a tad dissapointed in the news coverage that showed only the waistband of a utility kilt. Your looking good with the flat cap too.

I think the man behind you in the striped shirt thought he was the subject of the pictures instead of you.

A fine look. How was the brew?

LOL. I looked back. Definitely looks that way. As for the young lady checking you out...we now have photo proof of the power of the kilt! Well done.

Cap looks cool, you have the modern look, no nonsense , no pretence and worn in a relaxed style.

    Kilt on with confidence!
