First Kilt

Well, sort of, anyway. My first was my greatkilt, but this was my first attempt at a kilt that didn't take a half hour to put on. Boy, if I had known then what I know now! It's light cotton, and I had no knowledge of pleat depth at the time, so there are 30 pleats, but they're not deep at all! I don't wear this one any more (actually, I only wore it a couple of times), but it was a good learning experiance.

By and large a fairly good looking Kilt, indeed as you say a great learning experience.

I've a Sport Kilt that is not near as nice as that, and it is now my pajama kilt.

BTW you wear a kilt well.

If that was your first try, you did well!!!! I won't even try to sew a kilt as I have twenty thumbs , my lovely wife says sometimes I walk like my toes are all thumbs Post pictures of your second one.
