First time public kilting and piping
I thought for my first foray into the public wearing a kilt that I would also have my first public performance on the bagpipes. In front of a highly critical audience and wearing a borrowed Argyll jacket, i managed to pull off a reasonably successfull imitation of someone who knew what he was doing.
I must have done OK, the kindy asked me to come back on another day to play for some kids who were not there today. Hopefully i didnt offend the Kilt Police in my appearance.

Hi Gasbag,
Children are always the most critical of audiences - if you survived them, you can survive anything. Oh, and you look very smart.

I was thinking that it's a bit warm for a jacket... but then I noticed you're from the other side of the earth.

Kids are a tough crowd, they won't fall for "smoke and mirrors" the way adults will.
Well done!

Looks good to me, and looks like you had a good time.
And since you are from the bottom of the planet, thanks for flipping the pictures over so you look right side up to us! (How DO you keep from falling off into space anyway?)
