i was recently twice over lucky--i won free tickets to the last flogging molly show of their green tour at the house of blues in the french quarter last night.... and my wife gave me a "hall pass" to go without her (prior commitment, oh darn--besides, we disagree strongly on music). i have been listening to flogging molly for about 8 years, and this was the first time i saw them. FM played two hours and had an encore. fantastic show in an intimate venue.
oh, there were several modern kilts, but i had the only wool kilt (county kerry).
