Glenmore 24hr Trail Race
Here's a few pics from a couple of weeks back, the race was held in the Cairngorms national park by Loch Morlich on a 4 mile loop which you completed as many times as you could within the time limit.

and we're off!

Fabulous pics, looks like a magnificent feat of endurance.
Are you going to tell us how many four mile laps you completed within the 24 hours?

Re: Glenmore 24hr Trail Race
Oh yeah, I did twenty laps or eighty miles. This was three weeks after a one hundred mile race i'd done so I didnt push too hard and just went to enjoy myself. The winner did an amazing 125 miles!

Wow, that looks like a very difficult event. You are correct, the last photo is great.

Even though it was a Norwegian who won, you are the moral winner since you ran wearing the kilt.

80 miles, well done.
I wonder what is the record distance for running in a kilt.
