I took Scotch eggs to the party. That's me bride in the background. We had dulcimer music and a guy who played banjo. I read a Burns poem ("To a Mouse"). We had a piper, of course. There was also harp music from our hostess and a demonstration of Scottish Country dancing. More photos later.

Family, food, music, and poetry...looked like a great time. Good luck to you and your bride.

"To a mouse" has been my favorite Burns poem since I was a boy. Excellent choice.
