In honor of the Stay-at-home Dads of XMTS
I know there are a few of us "Mr.Moms" on XMTS
The other day our family travelled down to the Monterey Bay Aquarium to see there latest exhibit: "The Secret Lives of Seahorses"
http://www.montereybayaquarium.org/
Of course the male seahorse is nature's ultimate "Mr. Mom"
There was this wonderful statue of a male seahorse and my lovely Flame-Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess snapped this picture of me.

To all you other kilted stay-at-home Dads I salute you!
Cheers
Jamie :ootd:

Brilliant!
As a former stay at home dad. I salute the mom's who have been doing a job, with little appreciation, that is far more difficult than non stay-at-home dads could ever realize!
To choose to opt out of the rat race in order to look after our future generations is an honorable choice indeed!

I think I fit in here somewhere! In 2003 Linda and I adopted our number 12 grandson, I retired that year so it fell on me to be the stay at home dad. Wasn't in the retirement plans, but as they say the best plans don't always go as you wish them to!
He's 12 now and in middle school, and sometimes helping with the home work makes me think," I used to be able to do this!". any one else have this problem from time to time?
I don't believe the idea is to arrive in heaven in a well preserved body! But to slide in side ways,Kilt A' Fly'n! Scream'en "Mon Wha A Ride" Kilted Santas

"O, why the deuce should I repine, and be an ill foreboder?
I'm twenty-three, and five feet nine, I'll go and be a sodger!
