Houston St.Patricks Parade 2016
Last Saturday I attended our St.Paddy's parade, My girl Laura was a parade princess, and I got to ride on a float!
Guess I should start out with the Queen contest .. it was Laura's first time trying out, and I'm pretty sure she was the tallest (6'2), most tattooed and at 38, likely the oldest contestant they've had. She's also a wounded veteran, cancer survivor, and has a kid the age of some of the other contestants. We were stoked about coming in third!
