Houston Tartan Day 2012

Well it was a little short notice but we had a good turnout, with about 25 or so folks coming through during the evening.

On to a couple photos;

I was not sure what I might wear, but since I had not worn my new jacket and waistcoat out yet, (and am never afraid to overdress!) I wore them along with my newest kilt and sporran.

Great photos, Zardoz,and that's a handsome jacket and waistcoat! BTW, my jacket is a conversion of my old Italian suit jacket that was well redone by Vmac! Thanks, Victoria!

Is the fellow in the middle wearing a linen Jacket. If so what did you think about it seeing it close up and how does he like it?

Why not ask him? He sails under the name of "Jack Daw" and has already made a post on this thread. In spite of his button down collars, he is a really nice chap.
