Isle of Skye pipe band
Well ok, not really a pipe band from the Isle of Skye but actually the Balmoral Highlanders from Pittsburgh, PA in IOS tartan.
I figured with everyone loving the IOS tartan I had to post a couple of pics of this band taken at the Celtic Festival of Southern Maryland this past Saturday.

I can't understand either and I haven't heard of any others that do.
But then there are tartans which don't hit me either, it's not possible for everyone to like every single one.
