CIRCLE OF FIRE is our new venture

From early individual rehearsals a while back


We started reh as a complete band recently and have taken over our kitchen the last couple of months


Yesterday we had our first full blown up rehearsal which went off fab.


We have a few major festivals looming up so we gotta make sure we on our best behaviour.

We'll have to get together again in 2012 as well Derek, it's been a while. I'd love to pop down for a folk club night sometime. I shall have a word with my Entertainments and Engagements Manager when I get home. Be lovely to see you all again.

John ... it will be great to meet up again this year. If we can make it a weekend when there is a folk club on the fri that be fab. Bring your bass n we can have a twelve bar bluesy jam all together at the club and no doubt once or twice over the weekend. Be great fun. Also we can take you guys on the buses again to another little watering hole tucked well out the way that you will love. Hopefully Doublewood will be able to make it as well.
Alan ... yep we have quite a few gigs n festivals already lined up for 2012, this Porthcawl one is the first. Even though we are all used to playing its always a bit hairy when you are trying out something new especially when its quite a well known festival in Wales to do.. I sure we will be ok .. fingers crossed .. doh .. why do we do these things and put ourselves on the spot .. lol
Once my pal has sorted out some technical issue there should be some sound bites going up on www.fire-circle.net soon ... so keep checking.
