It's worth every dime
The condo community I live in has what I feel is a rather exorbitant homeowner's association fee. Well, it seems exorbitant on most days of the year.

Having my choice of shoveling out that driveway, or sitting in here, sipping a cup of tea makes paying that HOA fee worth every dime.

And it was heart-wrenching to see the truck on the right getting stuck at the end of my drive.

That stack of snow is about 50 feet long and is higher than the cab of the track. All from the street I live on, which is only about 250-275 feet long.
Excuse me, I need more tea.

Looks to me like money well spent.
When I lived in a condo, I thought the same thing every time I saw the guys with the lawn mowers doing their thing. And I still think it every time I get out a lawn mower to do my thing.
Congrats. Stay warm.

Shoveling driveways? That what kids are for! then again they are more expensive than condo fees.
Excuse me, I need more tea as I watch my little buggers freeze their buns off.

That looks like a serious fall of snow there; definitely a day when you want to stay home.

Oh how I can relate to the snow in the driveway. This single home dweller is so very jealous! Had to dig out my own driveway. UGH!
It has been one very weird winter weather wise.

It is photos like this that remind me why I moved to Georgia from points north!
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

Enjoy Mike! I only have to worry about the porch drying out from the rain today so I can jump in the pool!

My parents moved into a condo last November. Like you, they are loving the ability to sit by the window in their breakfast nook and watch someone else shovel the walks while they have coffee.
This is what our backyard looked like today. We only have 8" of the white stuff on the ground, but we're not really used to having that much at once. It was -21C (-6F) when Karen snapped these, and I was nice and toasty warm in my SWK Hunting Macleod Standard kilt, soccer socks, hoodie, and black leather bomber jacket.
