    Kilt surprise for my son

This is the first picture of my son David in the kilt my wife & I bought for him, it was a total surprise to him. I know he is not dressed as he should to wear the kilt, but as I said he was not prepared for the kilt. HE LOVED IT. another convert

    Thumbs up Looks familiar

Seems that I usually pose with one hand behind the back when I don't want my adult beverage showing up in the Photo...Glad to see your boy keeping the tradition going. Mine are still young, 7 and 11 and wont wear their kilts yet. Yet.

He looks good in it! What a great surprise that would be.

    What's the tartan?

Excellent, a son to be proud of and another handsome kilted gent to look out for around Carlisle. A good choice of gift for your son, David.

Cool David! I am sure he was very happy. And he sports a good casual look. I would actually either go with the hose pushed down, or lose them all together and go with sandals/flip flops. I use that as casual attire. Now if I could just find a really casual sporran or sporran stand-in. Even the SWK nylon sporran feels too dressy with a really casual look, probably the tassels.
