A Kilted Athlete at the Glenfinnan Highland Games - Scotland 2011

I do not know if this is posted in the correct place, but I thought it was one of those interesting moments caught on camera and a good photo.
I have attempted to give credit where credit is due also, as to the location I found this item. Does anyone know who this Athlete is?

    Enjoy.

Could either be rain, or midges or both! Whilst Glenfinnan is a very beautiful place with huge historic connections with Highland history, it is also one of the wettest and midge infested places I know!

It is lovely Jock, I was there in late May and both rain and midges were absent. Don't know the thrower, but the photographer is Jim Richardson. I've just had a look at his website and some of his Celtic and Scottish themed work is very good indeed -
