    Kilted in Big Sur

Here are a couple of kilted photos from lovely Big Sur in California

After hiking / climbing up the river to the waterhole. This is why you own a Sport Kilt, it can take all the abuse you throw at it (i.e. wading in the water, crawling up rocks, and such) and you don't worry about it!

I wore my Sport Kilt for hiking and my trusty old Stillwater Standard at the camp site for important G&T related activities

Ah yes...been up that creek, about 40 years ago. That would be in the early 70's. My scout troop came across a bunch of free spirits frolicking about in that very same pool, stark naked. Two of the girls came down off the rocks and mingled with the boys in the troop, chatting us up and quite enjoying our discomfiture. Our scoutmaster was livid. It was the only time I ever heard him cuss...he made liberal use of the B word, after we'd started back up the trail....which is now gone, I understand.
