Kilted at a Day Out with Thomas

I volunteered for a Day Out With Thomas (the Famous Tank Engine) last weekend and today. Last Saturday it was snowing....today it was plus 26°C so I wore my 4 yd PV box pleated kilt. I was one of the story tellers, Grandpa Bill.

Wow! Never knew you had Thomas in Canada.
When I think of Canadian trains, more likely - Budd RDC #6148 at Qualicum Beach on the second last day of the Victoria-Courtenay service, 17th March 2011 - and I have #6148 in HO scale by Rapido on my model railway.Click image for larger version.

My Grandson (Bill IV - aged three) is utterly a Thomas addict. He had a ride on the Thomas-pulled train and met the crew last summer. He was more than ecstatic!
