    Kilted Hike in Alaska

Hiking with Izzy (the Border Collie) at Eklutna Lake in Alaska.

This was my first kilted hike. It was unbelievably comfortable. And this nice group of people were kind enough to take a picture for me to post for the forum.

Silly border collie has a mind of her own. She was insisting that I not show my knees

Great Pics! I look forward o many more from Alaska. Does Izzy always accompany you on your hikes? She looks like great dog.

Izzy usually accompanies me anywhere I can take her. She is a double-rescue...had to be rescued from her first rescue home. So many people just don't understand the intense herding breeds. But she is a great dog. Here is a photo of the ribbons my wife has won with her in agility this year (Izzy's first year in agility):

She is still running in the novice class, but not for much longer
