I played high school and college football as a 5'8" 200 pound line man (my stats now are 5'8" 220) so I've always known I am not really a big guy (we had a fullback that out weighed me) but these guys are huge. They are also some of the nicest guys to talk to that exist. I thought it might seem more fair if they shook hands with my leg but even then my calf isn't as big as some of their forearms. The picture that tells it all is with Mark Felix. His hands are huge.

I had my bar instead. Nugo dark chocolate chocolate chip is as good as most candy bars (and any more about the same cost) The only drink I've found that is drinkable is muscle milk. When they say cookie dough it really tastes like cookie dough.

/OT Have you tried the Premier Protein "shakes" available at Costco and Ralphs? I find them quite drinkable, very good ratios of protein to sugar/fat content. /OT

The one with Brian Shaw in particular looks Photoshopped!
