Kilted At The Tattoo Studio
Needed a new tat, and had something in mind for a long time. Finally got an appointment.

Here is what I had done. Original artwork by Guy Lomas of Save The Scottish Wildcat of FB, with modifications by Lillith Envy, my artist and inker, also on FB. I have some more details to add that I haven't completely decided upon, mainly with the cross, but you get the idea. This has a lot of meaning to me.

The really fun part was the kilt being very cool amongst the artists in the building, and the full appreciation of the finished tat that their colleague did.

I'm not a big tattoo fan, but the cat is excellent.

Semper Fi! Cool kilt to wear for a tat. I got the tattoo addiction (do so love the needle) before I got the kilt addiction...but I have more kilts than tats...
Like the cat too.

Very much like the cat. Will be interested to see the finished cross. I have thought of wearing the kilt when getting another tattoo but always chicken out. I am terrified of getting ink on it and tattoo ink does not wash out. I have been kilted many times when I have been in the shop visiting but never when getting the work done.

Very interesting ink, have you used this artist before? Looks like she does a very nice job, sharp lines, good colour.
