    Kilted on Thursday

    Got to spend last Thursday night with some friends in Norfolk VA....I was the talk of the party...
    ...just wished my jacket came out better. It was a Goodwill find and spent a few days re-constructing it...next I have to sew on some better buttons.

    Don't worry about the jacket. Most folks won't notice until the see the "after the conversion" effect.
    Better you were the "talk of the party" and hear the comments, than what was said behind your back, which I believe were comments by wives to other husbands such as, "why can't you dress up nice like him?"
