a long but fun (in most ways)weekend

Saturday was California's strongest man competition. My son competed and did fairly well. He's still young and did a water cut in order to lose weight which I think weakened him but he finished in the middle of 15ish competitors. Last year he finished 2nd to last so it was an improvement. I was kilted but didn't get any pictures. Today my wife, grizzly and I went to oak glen for a hike. It was a good hike. I am having a colonoscopy tomorrow so couldn't eat anything which wasn't to bad as I don't eat breakfast most days until mid-dayish which is now getting to be the not as fun part of the day.
