    Very smart indeed.

I am puzzled, how does your wife manage to still look so young after 25 years of marriage!

Looking forward to seeing your Buchanan modern at Loon Mountain next month.

Gotta tell you, that top pic is one of the best shots of the Buchanan tartan I've seen...and that stick and dirk lend an air of power to the look.

Great looking pictures. Thanks for sharing. Though not a Buchanan, I am very fond of the tartan.

Thank you for the comments. My wife, God bless, tries to keep me young but it works better on her!

I should mention my day sporran. It is easily my favorite, a Craigie Original from www.sporrans.com. I got it many years ago before he moved to Florida. It's a small falconer's bag made of elk skin and as soft as butter. I like the way it is expandable.

The dirk my nephew made for me when he was a teen. He learned blacksmithing at the Mystic Seaport and made the dirk from auto spring steel. I had the belts and sheath custom made by Craigie as well.

    Yours aye,

Steve, Sadly no, too much going on with getting the girls back to college etc. But I'm looking forward to your gathering and ours at NHHG. Question is, where are they going to put everyone else?

    Enjoy Maine.
