My favourite part of the world

Last Sunday was a glorious blue sky day and really quite warm, so we took off to our favourite location for a bit o' walk n' mountain air and then some pub grub n real ales in the Red Cow to watch the rugby ...

Soon we are here ... Elaine and myself have spent many an hour sat here just contemplating nothingness ...

In the background the three major peaks of the Brecon Beacons .. Corn Ddu, Pen-y-Fan and Cribyn

Then we decided to walk over to the Brecon Mountain Railway before we went to the pub ..

Thats it ... wont bore you any more with pics ... some of you will have seen the same views many times over the years in my posts.

That sounds like a perfect day out, Derek.

A bit of a walk and some mountain air, finishing with some pub grub, real ales and the rugby match in the Red Cow. I cant think of a better place to watch the rugby, either, except maybe the MS. Only the victory from Wales was missing!
