My new Homeboy Colors
My ancestors were Viking Scots who first settled at Uig, Skye on the Trotternish Peninsula. Kingsburgh is just a few miles south of Uig. A scrap of this tartan was found during the time of our Bonnie Prince.
Ancient Macdonald of Kingsburgh. 16 ounce strome from Lochcarron. Hand sewn by Kathy Lare in my new skinnier size.

Got lucky, a bit of wind hit the pleats so you can see the beauty.
Ol' Macdonald himself, a proud son of Skye and Cape Breton Island

"I'll have a kilt please, a nice hand sewn tartan, 16 ounce Strome. Oh, and a sporran on the side, with a strap please."
