My New le Villeneuve Jacket
Apologies I know I should have put a kilt on, but I have just arrived home from work and couldn't wait to show you my new Jacket. It has been a while in the making due to having to wait for the fabric to be woven, also the maker was somewhat tied up with relocating but to me it was worth the wait. I love it. I know some of you may perceive it as being a bit flamboyant or a bit costumey but hey, we wear the kilt! These pics were taken about ten minutes after opening the box so was delighted that there are no major creases to iron out. Will post another pic when Kilted. My heartfelt thanks to Lady Chrystel for such a lovely Jacket.

Beautiful colour and tailoring, Simon. Fits you like a glove. Very smart, indeed. I too, eagerly await photos in your full regalia. I'm hoping that you will go the full route and wear a glorious shirt with a proper stock collar and wrap around tie. I'm looking forward to some magnificent photos.
Wear it well, my friend for many years in good health!

Just enlarged the photo
Ah, when I enlarged the photo I was able to see the rig in much greater detail. I'm guessing that is the shirt and tie you've ordered to go with the jacket and waistcoat. Magnificent. Love the buttons. I can't tell from the photo, but does the windowpane stripe on the waistcoat actually match the heather colour of the jacket?
Well done!
