    New boots for Christmas

Of the plethora of presents my wife Wendi gifted me with this year, one of my favorites is the Timberland boots I'd asked for two months ago. As I mentioned in a thread started by someone else, these boots are no longer available on Timberland's site (sad, I know). Anyway, here they are:

    A close-up shot...

Boots and kilt (I think they go well together)...

    And a very Happy Christmas...

For those who know already, Wendi's now 11 weeks along in her pregnancy and doing fine. We got to hear our baby's heartbeat for the first time last Thursday, which was the best gift of all.

Smart and comfy looking boots which match the kilt. Congratulations on your wife's pregnancy and on her ability to choose such smart kilt accessories for you at Christmas.

Groovy boots. The hand-knit hose make everything else stand out. What a difference the details make, no?

Congratulations on the expected familial expansion.
