New kiltie proves that being young, strong, goodlooking and kilted just beats all

About 5 months ago, a young man, name of Brendan found me in the gym and expressed an interest in competing at the Games. He'd been Stanfords Heavyweight wrestler, but had to retire on account of having a few too many concussions. He's taken to the throwing like a duck to water...was a shotputter in high school, and so he's a natural.

Of course, he got a kilt. It's a Stillwater Heavyweight, wool in Black Stewart. I prompted him to get some hose and a belt and a sporran and here's the result.

Brendan at the Games, as an athlete....

Wow, Alan, I read the subject line and thought you were talking about me. Then I reread it and realized you had included "young, strong, goodlooking". Well,, one out of four isn't too bad
Studies have shown that women who gain a few pounds live longer than men who mention it.

Ain't that the truth. I've told more than one single dude in his 20s that he really just doesn't understand what he's missing out on.

That's good to see. My daughter wore a kilt at her high school graduation. It was part of her speech to her peers. Be independent, accept different and interesting things into your life.

Only if I can build a time machine.. I'd travel 20 years ago, and command my younger self to start wearing a kilt!

Stanford grad? You should have put 'Smart' in your title line, as well. Well done to him.
