    New XMTS kilt debut

    My new XMTS box-pleat kilt, made by Matt Newsome, arrived Dec 12th, but I'd been holding off wearing it any place until I had all necessary accessories to go with it. Well, when I got a package of charcoal grey piper hose from Freedom Kilts on Christmas Eve, that was the final piece I'd been waiting for. So, I wore my new XMTS kilt for the first time that night to the Christmas Eve service at our church. The kilt & hose aren't the only things in this outfit - also new are the black, leather Nightstalker sporran & the leather kilt jacket, both from Stillwater Kilts. And yes, that is an XMTS kilt pin on the XMTS tartan; I'd been waiting for the chance to put the two of them together.
