    Off to Church

Gabrielle began writing to me shortly after Ann died, via another internet forum where she had seen a photo of me wearing a kilt. When we first met it felt like we had known each other for many years. During that first long hug I sensed Ann's presence as though she was there in spirit to give her blessing to a new beginning. Now Gabrielle is living with me here in Hawick and this photo was taken on our way to church this morning. I am wearing my Glasgow University kilt and neck tie.

Love the tartan. Many of my ancestors matriculated at the University of Glasgow. Very sharp kilt. I remember well your visit here last year and it is nice to see you two so happy.

Good Man Alex! I am pleased for you, and you both look great! I often wear my kilt to church too and sometimes with the black and gold Glasgow University graduate tie.
