Off to See The Wizard

Well, I'm on vacation and since I like to do things for ME, the Celtic Amazon Warbitch From Hell suggested a trip to Victoria. Retro Red was due in town and there's always that Crotchety Old Fart to drop by and harrass. So off we go!

We arrived at the new shop and Shelly got the grand tour. Boy, it's amazing what an engineer can do with real tools and materials.

Here's me in my Maple Leaf outside the entrance.

The next morning the CAWFH and I found a great restaurant called John's Place. The food was fantastic and the portions were HUGE. Take a look.

Retro Red and his charming wife arrived at the shop and also got the "royal treatment". After a few small purchases, it was photo time.

And lastly, you can't visit the home of Freedom Kilts and not pick-up a little souvenir.

It was a very enjoyable two days and as usual the Wizard's hospitality knows no bounds. Thanks for taking the time to get through this. I hope you enjoyed it.

Good Lord! The Wizard of BC has gotten even more decrepit than when Todd, David, and visited him! Is he still living off just coffee and spite?

Glad to see that Retro Red and his bride had such a good welcoming committee! thanks for the fun pictures.

Love the pictures particularly the before and after breakfast ones. Too many hash browns? The kilt pin looks great. Is it a grouse claw? A nice souvenir anyway.
