Oneida Beaded Sporran
Inspired by pictures of beaded Glengarry bonnets from the 19th century, I asked an Oneida beadwork artist to work on one of my day sporrans.
I couldn’t be happier with the results. Looking forward to debuting it at the Oneida Pow-Wow in two weeks.

revdpatience:
That is really nifty indeed. To my eye it dresses up the day sporran and I also like the departure from the 'cookie cutter' sporran. I don't know much about beadwork but I do know what I like !

It also looks like the tassels are porcupine quilled. They really did a great job!

The tassels are also beaded -- here's a close up photo with a bit better view of the details.
